Riva Siggins- head coach
My name is Riva and I am the head coach at Revive Fitness.
For years, I believed confidence lived in being the smallest, leanest version of myself. I spent big periods of my journey in building phases, photoshoot preps, and eventually a full bodybuilding prep; convinced that getting shredded and having a 6 pack would finally make me feel confident,
And yes, I reached my leanest physique ever.
But instead of confidence, I found myself stuck in a cycle of never feeling “lean enough,” constantly comparing myself, restricting, and pushing my body at the expense of my hormones, my energy, my social life, and my freedom around food.
When my bodybuilding prep ended, I had very quickly releaised that U had the physique I thought would give me this new found confidence, but I didn’t have the life or the health that made me feel like myself.
Gaining weight after competing was uncomfortable at first, I won’t deny that but it was also the turning point. I needed a new focus, a healthier direction, and a relationship with my body that wasn’t defined by extremes.
Everything changed when I stopped chasing “smaller” and started training to feel strong, capable, and genuinely healthy.
Because while I had visible abs during prep, internally my body wasn’t in a good place. Regaining healthy weight, getting my cycle back, and rebuilding balance showed me what true health actually feels like.
From completing multiple Hyrox events this year, starting my CrossFit journey, and now training for an Ironman 70.3, pushing my body and focusing on what my body enables me to achieve showed me a version of confidence that no level of leanness ever did.
It taught me that confidence doesn’t come from shrinking yourself, it comes from recognising what your body enables you to do and being proud of the body you perform in, not just the body you pose in.
And yes physique goals can absolutely be part of a healthy journey. Fat loss, muscle building, recomposition are all goals I’ve achieved myself and still help women achieve every day.
But when you work with me to achieve these goals wee do it without extremes, without obsession and without sacrificing health, hormones or food freedom in the process.
I work with women who want to feel stronger, healthier and more confident without falling into the extremes that the fitness industry has normalised.
My method welcomes physique-based goals but they are achieved in a way that enhances your life, not restricts it and in a way you can actually maintain.
I teach women how to create results they can keep:
without restriction
without binge–restrict cycles
without losing their period, energy, or personality
without obsessing over being smaller and smaller
without sacrificing strength, performance, or enjoyment of life,
My mission is simple:
To empower women to reach their physique and performance goals while maintaining health, food freedom, and confidence, creating results they can sustain long term.
You will also have direct contact to a qualified nutritionist who works closely alongside me, you can contact her anytime for further guidance on your nutrition or for any questions you may have.
Melissa Lambert- coach
My name is Mel, and I am a coach at Revive Fitness! I have been coaching clients worldwide for years but my passion for fitness began when I was a young girl immersed in dance. Like many, I spent years trapped in the cycle of fad diets and trying every training style out there, but nothing seemed to stick. It wasn’t until I earned my PT qualification and discovered my love for weight training that I finally broke free from yo-yo dieting. Learning how to fuel my body and train for strength and performance transformed my life, and now I help other women achieve their dream physiques—all while maintaining balance and sustainability.
For me, fitness is about so much more than just the physical. Developing a healthy mindset has been pivotal, and I’ve found balance through practices like yoga, which complement my love for weight training. Over the years, I’ve pushed myself out of my comfort zone by taking on multiple photoshoots and competing in my first bikini bodybuilding competition in 2022, where I then went on to achieve 5x 1st placings and earned my PCA pro card.
Photoshoot preps, in particular, have been an incredible way to build next-level confidence. They’re not just about the physical transformation but also about the sense of achievement and pride that comes from committing to a goal and seeing it through. I’ve guided many women through photoshoot preps, helping them step out of their comfort zones, develop confidence, and feel empowered—not through restriction, but by learning to fuel their bodies, train effectively, and build a positive mindset.
Happiness in how you look and feel in yourself doesn’t just stay with you—it radiates into every area of your life. When you feel confident, strong, and balanced, that energy empowers you to show up better in your relationships, career, and everything you pursue. It’s about embracing who you are and carrying that joy into the world around you.
I love holidays, eating out, and enjoying life, and I want the same for my clients. My coaching philosophy focuses on creating routines that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle while helping you achieve your goals. I have taken clients through building phases, fat loss phases, photoshoot preps and recomposition phases, there is more to a journey than just fat loss. Together, we’ll work to develop habits that bring you confidence, strength, and long-term success, because fitness should enhance your life, not restrict it.
Assistant coach- Aimee Gras
My name is Aimee and I am an assistant coach at Revive Fitness! My passion for fitness stems from my childhood, I was a competitive swimmer for over 12 years and spent most if not all my free time training or at swimming galas competing. This unfortunately came to an end when I left school and started my full time job 6 years ago. A couple of years after that is when I found my love for the gym and nutrition.
I have a full time job and commute into London three to four times a week. My job is very socially demanding so I totally get how difficult it can be to fit everything in and manage your time effectively so that you can still train and achieve fitness goals. This is something I want to help my clients with, managing time effectively around full time jobs. Because it totally is possible, even if it doesn’t feel like it, if you want something bad enough then we can make it work and as a coach, I want to show you how.
With my job I’m generally out socialising several times a week, and I’m eating and drinking an awful lot so training in the evenings is just not an option for me.
I really do understand how hard it can be, but by managing my time effectively though, I’m able to train 4/5 times a week, eat out several times and still make progress towards my fitness goals.
This is something I really want to help others with and show that they can do this too!
